We do a great deal more than merely keeping an eye on the bricks and mortar :

  Emergency Shop sitting & Business Minding service now also available by ex General Manager , Sales Manager & retailer .
  We provide a visible presence which may deter thieves, vandals & squatters
  We open & shut curtains & blinds
  We regularly, at different times, turn on & off the radio, tv & lights
  We secure your mail, newspapers, & take messages competently in confidence & properly deal with callers, if required
  We cope with all emergencies from weather damage to burst pipes to broken windows by acting as your agents, if so authorised
  We maintain regular links with our housesitter & you the homeowner, if required
  House plants & gardens including lawns are cared for
  Your domestic pets are well looked after & taken for walks when necessary
  We also offer an emergency cover service
  We offer these services for a relatively inexpensive flexible tariff specially tailored to suit your requirements
  All doors / windows / alarms appropriately checked, secured, locked, set as necessary
  Home properly provisioned with groceries for owner's return if so instructed
  Errand Service such as dry cleaning collected, library books returned, etc

Please call or e mail us to discuss your needs & we will endeavour to help you to the best of our ability. In short, we aim to give our clients a reassuring peace of mind whilst away from your beloved home

We can visit your home for a consultation, and this will cost £36 plus travelling expenses. The £16 of which is refundable should you subsequently book & pay us for 7 days or more to pet or house sit.

We offer different levels of cover but, as a guideline, the total weekly tariff to look after a home & dog & up to 2 cats might cost approximately £325 per week ( fully inclusive These tariffs are discountable , if you book for more than 2 weeks , subject to terms & availability) + £7.50 per day food allowance for sitters. Payments are in advance. Registration is free.

Emergency,short notice , bank holiday & week-end only cover may attract an additional premium although we may also offer a customer loyalty & prompt payment discount too .All discounts are at our discretion and only one discount invitation may be entertained for each booking
